  Buckhorn Building
Aspen, Colorado
Size: Existing 6,669 SF
Proposed 18,649 SF
Completion Date: Pending Approvals

With the creation of this iconic gateway building from Aspen’s east side, the Buckhorn Building will combine retail, restaurant, commercial, residential and boutique hotel components into a building which transitions the residential blocks in the vicinity to the commercial core of Aspen. Improving the commercial viability for tenants and activity for the public, through increased store frontage, improved retail layouts and greater public amenity space are the main goals of this project. The unique exterior design references Aspen’s historic past, through color, mass and scale while continuing to look toward the future of resort development with the project’s hospitality component and increased public amenity space, including a roof deck.
