The historical Wheeler Opera House is undergoing renovation to the restaurant and office spaces.  The renovation will upgrade the building’s mechanical system while redesigning the allocation of spaces for the tenants to create a more efficient and better planned interior to the various tenant uses.  The office spaces will house the Wheeler Opera House staff.  The restaurant space, Justice Snow’s, will feature historic elements, creative textures and an enlarged kitchen.  R+B is excited for these improvements to create sustainable uses for these tenants.
