Distinguished, award winning Chefs Todd Slossberg and Rob Zack direct their culinary passion towards creating food that we all crave in their new restaurant and catering kitchen. Fire, hearth, and grill are central elements of the design which is achieved with a large open fireplace, an open kitchen, and warm interior finishes of wood and stone. A sleek bar, lounge, and outdoor terrace are comfortable and casual spaces for eating and socializing, while the more intimate dining room hosts private parties, wine tastings, and chef roundtables. The restaurant anchors the new Willits Town center in Basalt, Colorado and will be enjoyed as a gathering place by the community.
