  Deli
Client: Private
Size: 1,456 square feet

This delicatessen concept is rooted in Denver’s historic past with a classic layout including an order ticket dispenser, large deli counter, and bar seating. The concept is proposed for an airport location in Denver, Colorado. An express counter will meet the needs of hurried travelers, and the bar is perfect for lone travelers. Timeless materials, period lighting fixtures, and a classic color scheme of black, white, red and green give the feel of an urban deli. Black and white historic photos of Denver provide a sense of place in the midst of the airport. The storefront paneling, photography and built-in menu boards draw pedestrians in off the “street” and into the deli where the fresh scent of baked goods awaits.
