  Dry Ice Factory Lofts
Denver, Colorado
Size: 300,000 square feet
Conceptual Design Completion: July 2007, unbuilt project

The Dry Ice Factory Lofts is a mixed-use project located in the Upper Larimer 'warehouse district' in downtown Denver. The components of the project include retail, commercial, public plaza, a variety of residential units and an underground parking garage. The ground level of Dry Ice Factory Lofts will act as a main nucleus of activity for the neighborhood, offering conveniences such as a corner grocery, shops, restaurants, and other necessary services to help sustain the population. The second level will offer flexible office space, as well as work-live units. The third level will feature a semi-public garden terrace providing residents with access to their apartments on this level and above.
