Located right in the heart of North Denver’s Sunnyside neighborhood is Lou’s Food Bar. Formerly, Ron and Dan’s Keg Lounge, Lou’s Food Bar is a complete transformation from a time-honored Denver dive bar into a charming American bistro with French influences. A completely new kitchen addition was designed on the north side of the rectangular-shaped building while the south side features a new double entry with a traditional vestibule. Inside, the dining room features a combination of booths, circular banquettes and two and four top tables. The original bar has been retained and spans the length of the restaurant and seats up to 25 people. Parallel to the bar sits a charcuterie which sets the mood for the quaint, unique gastro pub.
