Ajax Tavern is open for lunch, après ski, dinner, as well as special events. The new design relocates the bar, expands banquette seating and adds architectural details. Updated finishes and materials bring the space into present day, while retaining the traditional tavern feel. The space is enriched with brick masonry, leather upholstery, refurbished millwork and reclaimed oak floors. A series of drum shade pendants, hand-wrapped in red ribbon, define each booth.
