R+B provided full design services which included: space planning, construction documents, construction administration, assembly and coordination of the project team, coordinating with the base building architect Lipkin Warner, selection of all interior finishes, selection of all furnishings and oversight of installation. This project received a 2008 Interior Design Award from ASID Colorado – Hospitality under 10,000 square feet, was featured in Hospitality Design Magazine’s 2007 Restaurant issue.
