Peach’s Corner Cafe occupies the popular corner of Hopkins Avenue and Galena Street in Aspen. The new local hotspot offers breakfast and lunch in a casual, bright and contemporary space. Named after the nickname of the owner’s mother, the new cafe features updated warm, inviting interiors, comfortable furniture and a brand new kitchen. Solid wood paneling is detailed like an orchard fruit box and contrasts with the new planked vinyl flooring.
