  Lounge 5280
DIA Concourse B, Mezzanine Level Bridge
Denver, Colorado
Size: 1,548 square feet
Completion Date: Winter 2010

A modern wine bar in Concourse B at Denver International Airport will be a popular oasis for thirsty travelers. The location on the mezzanine level bridge is the perfect perch for people watching. Sophisticated millwork anchors the bar and echoes the feel of a wine cellar. A see-through wine display at the back bar glows softly and is visible to travelers on the concourse level below. The sleek white bar top is a gleaming contrast to the dark wood and metal laminates, while glass shelving and accents in wine bottle green bring a fresh sparkle. Custom tables with integrated light fixtures give the lounge seating permanence, reflecting finishes also used in the bar. Bright red upholstery livens up the lounge; hopefully keeping tired travelers awake long enough to catch a flight.
