  Peach’s Corner Cafe
Aspen, Colorado
Size: 1,117 square feet
Completion Date: Spring 2010

Peach’s Corner Cafe occupies the popular corner of Hopkins and Galena Streets in Aspen. Named after the nickname of the owner’s mother, the new local hotspot offers breakfast and lunch. R+B provided interior design services and furniture specification. Modeled after revered urban coffee shops, Peach’s is the Aspen version with a clean, modern interior. Solid wood paneling is detailed like an orchard fruit box and contrasts with the new planked vinyl flooring. Chrome wire shelving displays merchandise as if in a market. The lighting is simple and industrial. Zebra wood chairs and maple butcher block tables in a variety of heights offers a welcoming atmosphere.
