Principals John Rowland and Sarah Broughton have been collaborating on projects since 1993 and established Rowland+Broughton Architecture and Urban Design in 2003. Both Rowland and Broughton believe that strong leadership results in successful projects. Leadership at R+B is achieved through rigor of design, drive for excellence, clear vision and focus.
