This two-level, twelve unit condominium building was built in 1962 and was the first condominium in Colorado. The proposed remodel will add a third level which will expand the second level units. A large deck for these units will be partially shaded with a generous overhang. A paneled green roof will help reduce solar gain. The additional windows in the side units as well as the realigned stairs to the upper units allow for private entry courtyards for the lower units.
