With the creation of this iconic gateway building from Aspen’s east side, the Buckhorn Building will combine retail, restaurant, commercial, residential and boutique hotel components into a building which transitions the residential blocks in the vicinity to the commercial core of Aspen. Improving the commercial viability for tenants and activity for the public, through increased store frontage, improved retail layouts and greater public amenity space are the main goals of this project.
