The design of the Maroon House is inspired by early 20th Century architect Rudolph Schindler’s 1920’s Los Angeles houses, placing a particular emphasis on composition and integrated design. Indoor/outdoor living defines this characteristically horizontal home, with its gracious west-facing outdoor patio adorned with a fireplace and heaters. A welcoming entry courtyard with reflecting pool will offer a dramatic processional to the front door. Inside the home, rooms effortlessly flow from one expanse into another producing an open living space.
