Original Street is a 4,300 square foot single family home at the base of Aspen Mountain.  Rowland + Broughton is facilitating a full interior remodel including all new finishes and furniture.  The kitchen and dining room walls were opened up to the living room and new windows were added to the stairwell to create a bright and inviting space for entertaining.  The house has a modern feel while pulling in warm traditional touches such as white oak paneling throughout the Master Bedroom and Living Room.  The kitchen counters and backsplash, bathroom floors and shower walls are finished in exotic marble slab creating a unique feeling of luxury.  The furniture package combines custom designs with antique elements and locally fabricated sofas and headboards from the Buffalo Collection.
