The proposed plan for this new home consists of adding square footage to the existing footprint that will result in a 5,693 square foot, four bedroom home with a detached caretaker unit and two-car garage with green roof. The owner retained R+B to design a new and modern house that would feature a significant amount of indoor/outdoor spaces as well as maximize the proximity to the outdoors. Major access has been designed into the plan that connects to the exteriors’ balconies, bridges and decks.
