John Rowland and Sarah Broughton have been collaborating on projects since 1993 and established Rowland+Broughton Architecture and Urban Design in 2003. Both Rowland and Broughton believe that strong leadership results in successful projects. Leadership at R+B is achieved through rigor of design, drive for excellence, clear vision and focus. Whether orchestrating a large project team or serving the community as city commissioners, R+B understands that team dynamic is critical in assuring a project is completed to the highest standard, on time and on budget.
