Alyson is the Office Concierge and has been with R+B since 2011. Her strong management and organizational skills support the office, client and guest experience.
Alyson Heller brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Her career highlights include experience with signature luxury hotel properties in Aspen, Colorado; Hotel Manager at The Little Nell; Director of Food and Beverage at the St. Regis Resort.
She moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 1997 to accept a management position at The Little Nell hotel. During the course of her 12 year career there, she participated in multiple remodel projects including a complete guest room renovation in 2009. From there, she went to the St. Regis Resort, Aspen, as Director of Food and Beverage Outlets. Her knowledge of hotel and restaurant operations makes her an excellent addition to our team in Aspen.
Alyson is originally from Rhinebeck, New York, but has also lived in Lake Placid, New York; London, England; Washington, DC; Key Largo, Florida. She earned an A.A.S degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Paul Smiths College.
