Craig recently graduated with a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Colorado at Denver. A native of Colorado, Craig lives in Lakewood, Colorado with his growing family. Throughout his college career Craig applied his design studies by providing design/build services; small renovations, new construction projects, landscaping and furniture design.

During school, Craig’s student projects were featured in the University of Colorado Architecture and Planning Dean’s Gallery exhibit for six studios. In the spring of 2010, his portfolio received an Honorable Mention at the 2010 AIA Young Architect’s Award Gala. In addition, Craig presented a historic-renovation project at the University of New Mexico School Architecture and Planning’s Converging Perspectives Conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The project demonstrated the rehabilitation of the historic Buffalo Peaks Ranch, an 1,800 acre land parcel located in South Park, Colorado.

Craig’s experience includes a significant amount of community, field and professional involvement. Within the architecture and design industry he is an associate member of the AIA and the USGBC Colorado Chapter. In his community, he is an ACE Mentor which mentors high school students in architecture, construction and engineering. His understanding of the application of architecture was learned while doing framing during school as well as learning top-notch business skills as the assistant manager of American Furniture Warehouse in Frederick, Colorado. Craig is a LEED, Green Associate accredited and is currently working on his LEED AP certification.

With R+B’s Denver office, Craig will assist in the design and production of Front Range projects.
