Sebastian having proven abilities in architecture and construction as well as being a demonstrated leader as a general contractor provides R+B with a new level of project management and construction administration.

As a former owner and managing partner of Seben Inc., a consulting firm specializing in project management, architectural design/coordination, and owner representation services for construction and development companies on residential and commercial properties, Sebastian worked with a variety of clients managing projects in the valley. From 2006 – 2009, under his guidance the company was able to achieve several strategic goals including: assisting in generating the sale of a $23 million investment property through on-site meetings and client relations, aiding in estimating and administering an $18 million construction budget for a high end residential estate and reducing the soft costs by $80K by providing in-house architectural design support for the project.

Prior to Seben, Sebastian worked for Poss Architecture+Planning in Aspen on two separate occasions with a two-year break in-between working with Lawson Willard Architects in San Francisco, CA. Sebastian earned his Bachelor’s in Environmental Design and Architecture in 1997 from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

With R+B, Sebastian will provide project management on a variety of hospitality and custom residential projects including the Hotel Jerome renovation.
