The first project in our Der Berghof Condominium case study explores the form and function of streamlined spaces. The residence was completely remodeled – and rethought – to suit modern professional life. The main room was repurposed to function as living, dining and entertaining space, while work surfaces in the kitchen and home office are screened from view. A focused modern palette of concrete floors, warm cherry millwork, and white walls unify the adjoining spaces.
