Delvon Nemechek has over a decade of experience in the field of architecture, working in custom residential, hospitality, multifamily lodges, resort development and planning, healthcare, commercial, mixed use, restaurant and retail. He spent time in the Czech Republic at the Czech Technical University studying design and architecture. In the past, Delvon worked on numerous projects in the Roaring Fork Valley, most notably as the Project Architect for the award-winning Hotel Jerome renovation.
Delvon is an Architect and Project Manager in Rowland+Broughton’s Aspen studio, coordinating all consultants, executing deliverables and overseeing the construction process. He has worked on projects such as the Limelight Residences, Obermeyer Place, St. Regis Aspen Resort, Hotel Jerome and various residential renovations. His extended knowledge of SketchUp assists in process and design presentations. Delvon embraces the architectural process, striving to learn from each experience. He also serves on R+B’s Building Science Committee.
A Registered Architect in the state of Colorado, Delvon is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and a LEED Green Associate. He is from Manhattan, Kansas, and graduated from Kansas State University where he earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree.prev / next
