  The Little Nell
Aspen, Colorado
Size: 64,396 SF of renovated space
Completion Date: December 2009

Owned and managed by Aspen Skiing Company, The Little Nell has been the hospitality gem of Aspen since its opening and is a home away from home for visitors and locals alike. This hotel renovation will update 86 guest rooms and public corridors in the five-star property. The most comprehensive remodel to date for The Little Nell since it opened in 1989, the renovations of the 20-year old hotel will include new in-room smart technologies to increase overall energy efficiency, along with new lighting, millwork, casegoods and soft furnishings. This property will be brought forward to the next level of hospitality design, in terms of aesthetics and implementation of eco-conscious materials and operating systems. Rowland+Broughton Architecture and Urban Design is serving as architect of record for the project; Holly Hunt Design of Chicago is providing interior design services.
