The Bidwell Building is a mixed-use structure on a prominent corner in downtown Aspen. The project increases retail and office space, creates two affordable housing units, and adds two 2,000 square foot penthouse condominiums. Underground parking is accessed via a state-of-the-art auto lift system. The design of the building takes its cues from the historic pattern of development in Aspen, and provides additional pedestrian amenity space at the corner to create urban vitality.
