Village Flats LLC Denver, Colorado Completion Date: Spring 2006 Size: 3,300 square feet This three-story, three-unit residential project blends the character of its surrounding historical Northwest Denver neighborhood with modern amenities. The design for the building is a contemporary approach to the classic Chicago style walk-up. Each unit or flat comprises one floor of the building. The upper two flats are complimented by balconies that run the entire width of the building giving residents a connection with the outdoors and unobstructed views of downtown Denver. All three flats are under contract prior to construction. |
