  • Strong time management skills while maintaining ability to work under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in an accredited degree program
  • Licensure and or accreditation preferred, or gained within 2 years of promotion
  • 1+ years with R+B preferred
  • 1+ year of leading or supporting a firm initiative designated by the leadership team
  • 4+ years managing and delegating project requirements to teams
  • 8+ years of architectural, interior design, or related field experience preferred
  • Salary Range: $90,000 - $145,000 (Salary DOE and Location)
