Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager plays a key role in managing and supporting the firm’s overall marketing goals. Working closely with the CMO and COO, this position oversees content development, social media strategy, award submissions, newsletters, social media campaigns, special projects, brand consistency, and coordinated marketing efforts that position R+B as a national leader in architecture and design.
Position Responsibilities
- Develop and manage compelling content across all platforms, including website, social media, newsletters, and award submissions
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure alignment with R+B’s design philosophy across all marketing materials
- Coordinate project positioning for publication, including award entries, press releases, and photography
- Use a creative, forward-thinking approach to increase engagement and strengthen R+B’s presence across social media platforms
- Support the CMO, COO, and Executive Team to define marketing priorities and strategic initiatives
- Contribute to SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility and client acquisition
- Support CRM systems to monitor leads, campaigns, and outreach efforts
- Collaborate with architects, business development, and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing aligns with firm-wide goals
- Participate in photoshoots, industry events, and conferences; willingness to travel as needed
- Support and manage relationships with third-party vendors, freelancers, and consultants to achieve marketing objectives
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing R+B’s vision and values internally and externally
- Mentor staff and contribute to a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence
- Maintain systems for tracking awards, leads, and campaigns
- Stay current on industry, marketing, and technology trends through continuing education and research
- Elevate R+B’s creative brand identity through innovative use of graphics, digital platforms, and presentation formats
Position Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Marketing with progressive responsibilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Vantagepoint (or similar CRM), Issuu, Houzz, Pinterest, and related platforms
- Superior written and verbal communication skills; experience with RFPs
- Strong graphic and presentation design skills that reinforce the firm’s brand identity
- Experience managing web presence, including SEO and analytics
- Familiarity with both Colorado and national architectural publications
- Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities for growth and innovation in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Detail-oriented team player with strong project management skills, production skills, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines and leadership levels
