R+B completed the interior design for the first Aspen Skiing Company logo retail store, aptly named, The Aspen Shop. Paying homage to the on-mountain experience with merchandise displayed on chair lift and gondola-inspired clothing racks, the customer is greeted by warm, natural materials and the Aspen Skiing Company aspen leaf logo inlaid into the wood-plank ceramic tile flooring.

Lighting design by Elumenate highlights the displays and the thoughtful layout of the store allows for customers to explore the variety of merchandise housed in a small space. Furniture for sale is displayed beneath an abstracted bull wheel (the mechanical portion of a chair lift) and reclaimed wood walls allow wall art to stand out.
