Description

“Keep it local – Keep it real”

Woody Creek Distillery is the first of its kind in the Roaring Fork Valley.

Originally a furniture warehouse, and the project goal was to reuse and re-purpose existing materials to reflect the nature of the Roaring Fork Valley in its architecture.

Clerestory windows are an engineered addition to showcase and fit the state-of-the-art German stills used for manufacturing vodka, whisky, bourbon and gin.

The interiors are a juxtaposition of natural and industrial decors, including Colorado beetle-kill pine, unique industrial lighting, burlap-inspired wallcovering and pendant lighting to resemble windswept stalks of grain.

Glass exhibition windows thoughtfully surround the barrel room and fermentation areas which allows both the Master Distiller and patron to visually interact with the spirit-making process from several vantage points.

The space offers a boutique spirits experience with an open tasting area, bar, lounge, retail opportunity and private event space.
