1095-B: Health Coverage

R+B is no longer required to automatically distribute Form 1095-B to all employees.

 

Employees who would like to receive a copy of their Form 1095-B may request one at any time.

 

To request a copy, please contact Human Resources/Accounting. A copy will be provided within 30 days of the request.
