ASPEN, CO — June 17, 2025 — Rowland+Broughton Architecture / Urban Design / Interior Design is proud to announce the promotion of three valued team members to the position of Senior Associate: Steve Harris, AIA, LEED AP; Leslie Cope, NCIDQ; and Brandon Herbst. In addition, Jacob George has been promoted to Visualization Manager.

R+B Partner Steve Harris, AIA, LEED AP, Senior Associate received his Bachelor’s of Fine Arts from St. Lawrence University and his Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Colorado at Denver. A dedicated collaborator and skilled craftsman, Steve brings a comprehensive approach to guiding projects from concept through completion, ensuring each design aligns with the client’s vision. As a team leader, he fosters growth within the firm by supporting both personal and professional development. His deep knowledge of design and construction—paired with a passion for sustainability and innovation—continues to drive forward R+B’s mission. R+B Partner Leslie Cope, NCIDQ, Senior Associate is a highly accomplished and accredited interior designer leading the firm’s Interior Design team with a commitment to timeless aesthetics and long-lasting design solutions. Her leadership ensures the seamless integration of architecture and interior design, fostering a cohesive and efficient project workflow. Known for staying at the forefront of industry innovation, Leslie encourages individual creativity while supporting the professional growth of her team. Brandon Herbst, Senior Associate, a Partner at Rowland+Broughton, has been promoted to Senior Associate. A technology-driven designer with a passion for innovation and collaboration, Brandon brings a forward-thinking approach to integrating technology into design, communication, and project delivery. His commitment to excellence ensures that R+B’s team maximizes the potential of digital tools, strengthening both collaborative and visual workflows. With deep expertise in modeling, documentation, and rendering platforms, he has redefined project evolution—striking the ideal balance between speed, efficiency, and quality. Dedicated to professional growth and community engagement, Brandon serves as co-chair of AIA Colorado’s Custom Residential Architect’s Network steering committee and is an advisory member of Denver’s Lower Downtown Urban Design Committee. “I am deeply honored and thrilled to step into the role of Senior Associate at R+B. Jacob George has been promoted to Visualization Manager at Rowland+Broughton. Since joining the firm over four years ago, Jacob has brought a unique blend of artistic passion and technical expertise to the visualization team. With a background in lighting design and a diverse portfolio that spans multifamily, healthcare, and retail projects, he plays a key role in bringing R+B’s architectural visions to life. Originally from Denver and a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, Jacob’s deep appreciation for design—and the technologies that support it—continues to elevate the visual storytelling behind R+B’s work. “I’m excited for this opportunity to continue growing at R+B. Over the past four years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with an incredibly talented and clever team, and I’m eager to keep evolving our craft together.
