Condos+Lofts. Defining Form and Function Through Design

Balanced. Mindful. Curated. Diverse. With those concepts in mind, R+B designs every square inch of space available in every condo and loft project we undertake.

Building on an authentic relationship with our clients allows us to better understand how they live in the space, and how we can cater architecture and interior design to maximize efficiency.

Our collaborative and agile approach allows us to practice our art from day one, designing or refreshing a space for respite. Our condo and loft work incorporates a balanced sensibility through envisioning a carefully curated design. This combination of strengths produces creative solutions that consistently reach new heights.

Get the picture? Here are a few more to highlight some of our favorite projects, designed for a variety of clients in varying locales.

Four Seasons, Denver, CO – The contemporary interiors of this 2,100 square foot hi-rise condo in the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences are comfortable and smart. A blend of mid-century and modern, the design highlights the client’s contemporary art collection with white walls and bold colors. Furniture is both curated and custom commissioned for the space.

Waterfront Loft, Portland, OR – Set in a newly constructed, LEED Certified building in downtown Portland’s Pearl District, this two-bedroom, 1,668 square foot condominium reflects the sophisticated yet modest taste of the owner, a traveling music industry executive and repeat client. R+B designed a full furnishings package in alignment with a comfortable, transparent and efficient design atmosphere by selecting items that were sleek, yet textural.

Maison Bianca, Aspen, CO – R+B transformed the entire 12-unit condominium building (Aspen’s first built in1962), including this 2,000 square foot top floor space. Challenged to bring urban sophistication to a mountain setting with big views, the team specified environmentally friendly concrete wall panels and flooring, a color palette, and a minimal approach to furnishings. Maison Bianca has won multiple awards, including from the American Society of Interior Designers and AIA Colorado West.
