Residential, Interior Design, Interior - Residential, Custom Homes

The remodel of this mid-century ranch house took the opportunity to reuse sixty percent of the original roof and walls. An entire wall of exterior glass doors was added to the centralized living room. Removing walls in the kitchen, living room and dining room created a generous and flowing open floor plan. Raising the roof line and adding clerestory windows and skylights now flood the living spaces and master suite with natural light.

The finished product reflects my character and lifestyle perfectly. The remodel exceeded all of my greatest hopes. – Homeowner, 1305 Ranch
