Description

The redesign of the DoubleTree Park City was inspired by the theme Discover Your Journey. Upon entering the hotel one symbolically embarks on an adventure and is welcomed by a forest encircling the lobby. A magnificent clearing fashioned from climbing rope by local artist Venessa Gromek, draws you in for a moment of rest.

Moving through the corridor is akin to traveling through a meadow alongside a stream with the fluid carpet pattern underfoot and the surrounding color palette borrowed from the rocky Wasatch Mountain Range.

Exploring the guest rooms, one ascertains each are designed as a cabin enclave with warmth and texture aiding each guests’ revitalization for the next great day of discovery. Rowland + Broughton served as Interior Designer and Architect of Record.
