ASPEN, CO — December 5, 2023 —Rowland+Broughton Architecture / Urban Design / Interior Design is pleased to announce that three team members have been elevated to Partner and six current Partners have elevated Partnership shares.

 

R+B Partner Greg Ingalls, Project Manager, AIA, NCARB, received his Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from CU Boulder and his Master’s degree in Architecture at The Southern California Institute of Architecture. With over a decade of experience in the field of architecture, construction, and fabrication, and experience working on homes, large commercial buildings, interiors, and furniture, he brings his enthusiasm for efficient, elegant design to the team. As an advocate for sustainable design, Greg holds a board seat on the Colorado Green Building Guild and encourages repurposing and renovating existing building and materials. “I am honored and excited to take an elevated role at R+B,” he shares. “I see the opportunity as a commitment to help shape the future of our company. With a profound sense of responsibility and passion for design, I look forward to contributing to the continued success and innovation of our team.”

 

R+B Partner Rahul Mohare, Senior Architectural Designer, has worked on projects including urban infill mixed-use developments, high-end residential, multi-family residential, commercial, adaptive reuse and urban design. With over two decades of experience in all phases of architecture, interior design, and construction management, he has extensive computer modeling and visualization skills, and an enthusiasm for design and detail. Throughout his career, Rahul has worked for Denver area firms across all phases of architecture, interior design, and construction management. “It has been an awesome journey at R+B, one that fills within me a great sense of pride and achievement,” he notes about this promotion. “The opportunity to closely associate and collaborate with highly talented people, to feed on a shared passion for excellence, and to work in this great culture has been an inspiration on a daily basis. Today I am extremely excited and thankful for the opportunity to further contribute to R+B. After seven years it’s the beginning of a new journey once again.”

 

R+B Partner and Sustainability Architectural Manager Marisol Foreman, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, received her Bachelor of Environmental Design with an Architecture focus from the University of Colorado at Boulder, her Master of Architecture with a Sustainable Systems and Design Degree Focus and Daylighting Certificate from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA, and has studied in Rome, Sydney, and Berlin. With nearly a decade of experience working in the field of architecture, she is LEED accredited with a specialty in Building Design and Construction. She is also on the Board of the Colorado Green Building Guild and a member of the AIA Colorado Design + Honor Awards Committee. “I’m thrilled to join Rowland+Broughton’s Partnership group during this exciting period of growth and design innovation,” she shares. “I’m eager to contribute my passion and expertise to the journey ahead.”

 

R+B Partner and Principal Craig Lawrence, AIA, has been a member of the R+B team for over a decade. Coupled with proven management experience, his knowledge of building science, strategies, and codes uniquely positions him as a hands-on leader. An understanding of the importance of both team and client dynamic is key to achieving extraordinary results. Parallel to his in-studio work, Craig participates on Denver’s Lower Downtown Urban Design Review Committee and serves as an invited critic in graduate level design reviews at the University of Colorado Denver.

 

R+B Partner and Principal Will Otte, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, has also been a member of the R+B team for over a decade. An insightful and creative thought leader, Will excels in mentoring, career development, and instilling a positive work ethic in up-and-coming team members to embrace goals of being best in class. Focus on supporting R+B in achieving client goals on a professional level and the team on a cultural level is a hallmark of his professionalism. Expertly overseeing the execution of projects provides space for focus on the entrepreneurial nature of the firm.

 

R+B Partner and Associate Steve Harris, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB, finds satisfaction in guiding projects through the design process from beginning to end, while executing ideas and ensuring the final product aligns with the client’s guiding vision. As a leader, he works to nurture and grow the R+B team, supporting personal, professional, and project-related needs. Supporting the firm’s sustainability goals and initiatives, he drives innovation and consciousness vital to R+B projects.

 

R+B Partner and Associate Brandon Herbst, has a passion for innovation and collaboration. As leader of the firm’s Revit Committee, he provides a unique perspective on technology’s role in the design, communication, and project delivery process. He believes that training and education are critical to ensuring effective use of technology, particularly to realize R+B’s unique collaboration, visualization, analysis, and documentation capabilities. Leading career and professional growth within the team is essential to his role.

 

R+B Partner and Associate Leslie Cope, NCIDQ, IIDA, ASID, embraces the concepts of timeless aesthetics. Leading R+B’s Interior Design team, she spearheads outstanding design while supporting seamless integration of architecture and interior design that results in a fluid, productive workflow. Endeavoring to push boundaries and keeping the pulse of new concepts, research, developments, and tools, Leslie empowers individual creativity and approaches to interior design, while encouraging the professional development of her team.

 

R+B Partner Shana Broback, Director of Human Resources, SHRM-CP, plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s people strategy and driving its overall success. Known for her collaborative leadership style, she excels at building strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Shana also leads the R+B team’s in-house Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion committee, recognizing the significant impact this has on team satisfaction, innovation, and overall firm performance.
