Interior Designer

Interior Designers are ultimately responsible for all drawings, documents, and specifications, with specific attention to the technical design of the project. They perform at a high level and do not wait to be led.

Qualifications

+Has a bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or related degree from an accredited program
+Exercises independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and use of standard techniques, solves typical and conventional problems when encountered, and receives guidance on unusual or complex design problems
+Demonstrates competence in most typical aspects of interior design
+Independently develops and documents project technical strategies, collateral, and deliverables under the supervision of more experienced staff
+Maintains and applies a developing knowledge of project-relevant codes and building science strategies
+Proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D modeling, rendering, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and purchasing software
+Adheres to the work plan and may assist in developing portions in conjunction with the Project Manager
+Demonstrates familiarity with and understanding of contract terms and provisions, and is able to identify items outside of scope
+Exhibits all of R+B Core Values
+Reviews their own work before handing to other team members for review
+Has three or more years of experience or demonstrated equivalence

Regular, Full Time Position

Range of Pay: $56,0510- $112,470
